Potentio collects information needed to provide career readiness support and operate the product.

• Account information such as name, email, and profile image.
• Login provider information from Google or LinkedIn.
• Resume and career documents uploaded by users.
• Career AIM, role preferences, background, and coaching inputs.
• Opportunity or job description inputs.
• Interview practice responses and feedback.
• Basic technical and usage information such as device, browser, session, product interactions, referrer/source, and approximate location when available.

Potentio uses LinkedIn only for authentication and basic identity information. Data received may include your name, email, profile image, and LinkedIn user identifier. Potentio does not access LinkedIn posts, connections, messages, job activity, recommendations, or extended profile data.

Potentio may use AI systems to analyze resume content, career inputs, opportunities, coaching responses, and interview practice inputs. AI-generated insights are intended to support career preparation and may not always be complete or perfect. This may include sending relevant user inputs to AI processing providers used to operate Potentio.

Potentio does not sell user data. Potentio may share limited information with service providers needed to operate the product, such as hosting, authentication, database, analytics, and AI processing providers.

Potentio may use privacy-conscious product analytics and session analytics on public pages to understand navigation, sign-in entry points, and product preview engagement. Sensitive areas such as resumes, career evidence, chat, interview answers, profile details, uploaded documents, and email inputs are masked or excluded from session recording and are not sent as analytics event data.

Potentio retains data while an account is active or as needed to provide the service. Users can request deletion through account deletion controls where available or by emailing support@potentio.tech.

Potentio uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
